What's Going On at Grace?
Join us this Sunday, December 9, as we focus on the gifts we receive from our gracious God during the Advent season and in the coming of the Messiah at Christmas. We continue our theme this month "He Comes, Bearing Gifts". Last week our readings focused on the theme: "The judgment is coming, but there will be deliverance for God's people. In the promises of God, we find "The Gift of Hope".
This week we as we look into the account of John the Baptist/Baptizer marks fullfillment of yet another promise of the Lord, and signals that the Lord's salvation is at hand. "The messenger" proclaims implending fulfillment and commands preparation for the arrival of the greater "messenger of the covenant."
"The Judgment is coming; prepare the way for the Lord's salvation. In the promises of God, we find "The Gift of Peace".
All visitors are welcome and we are looking forward to seeing you all there!
